| You can get information regarding your case in Duval County by searching here. - Set Court Date within 90 days from the date the citation was issued by: appearing in person, requesting by fax, requesting by mail (please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope), or - Enter a plea of guilty and pay the fine required by law. If the incorrect amount has been entered on the back of your yellow copy in error, the correct fee required by Florida statute must be collected, or - Elect Driver Improvement School, if eligible. Complete driving school, then bring or mail in your proof of completion certificate and Driver Improvement election fee within 90 days from the date of the citation. School Election fees must be paid to the Clerk's Office before registration fee is paid to Driver Improvement School. Even if you feel you deserved the ticket, you can still choose to attend traffic school. |
