Florida state law has limitations on who can elect traffic school and how often traffic school options can be done: - Traffic school may be elected once every 12 months - 5 Traffic school elections in your lifetime - CDL holders must first get permission from the court If you still are unclear as to whether you qualify for traffic school, contact your court and request more information concerning your particular circumstances.
